About The Artist

I am a painter and graphic designer from Prince George’s County, Maryland. My work is a reflection and statement of my personal experiences in life and in the lucid state of my dreams. My main goal for my work is to create an emotional link between art, poetry, and the dreams I have at night. Over the years, I branded myself as artbyjoia and have gravitated to expressing myself through surrealism. I love to bring visions to life and create beyond what we see; I create worlds with a brush.
